This project has been launched at the end of March 2020 with the aim of maintaining a high involvement of all the employees and workers during the lock down. More than 30 people (about the 40% of total) have attended at 10 weekly webinars from April to May in which they collaborated in analyzing current organization (processes, procedures, org chart) and They suggested more than 50 projects about innovation in products and processes.
Ten projects have been approved by the Executive Board, and are now operational!
