In the Project Academy, Città Studi starts from the study of enterprises’ needs, to create an interdisciplinary training model that integrates practice and theory. The main goals are (1) to train intermediate technicians who are able to enter the company and operate functionally in the process in 2 years (compared to 4 current average); and (2) rebuild the pool of specific professional figures of the textile world for the present days, and for the future, to make easy for the companies to find suitable figures that are difficult to find on the labour market.
